Boulevard Central Tower is a project from the developer Emaar Properties, located in Downtown Dubai. It was put into operation in 2012. The complex consists of two 22-storey buildings connected by a podium.On the ground floor there are commercial premises (supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon). The complex also has a fitness center with a sauna, a playground and an outdoor pool (for adults and children), a business center and an event hall. An indoor car park is provided for residents and guests.Security is provided by 24-hour security with video surveillance in public areas.
